Making it easier for a first-time Leatherman buyer to find the right tool before they even open the box.

Visual designer on a packaging update aimed at solving a real customer problem; learning which tool was right for them. I worked alongside Leatherman’s packaging manager to redesign the package so it communicated which tools were included, and how they might apply to someone’s lifestyle. A good reminder that sometimes the most important UX happens before anyone touches a screen.
