Corporate Improv
Team Building and Fun

Our workshops foster a ‘YES, AND’ approach to encourage collaboration, active listening, a willingness to explore new ideas together, and fun!

Founder of Yes and Yes

Hello! I’m Dave Moore. When I took my first improv class, I was drawn to the thrill of doing something both fun and a little scary. What I didn’t expect was how improv would change my life, sparking a passion for learning, performing, and teaching whenever and wherever I can.

For over 20 years I’ve worked in the corporate world, and seen how teams try to communicate, collaborate, and problem-solve. And I’ve seen how improv can help teams thrive in those areas more successfully. I believe the principles of improv—listening, adaptability, and mutual support—are invaluable in any workplace, helping teams connect in meaningful and dynamic ways. I’m a firm believer that improv can heal humanity, and passionate about helping others find their voice, take risks, and discover the joy of saying Yes, And, Yes, And...

Corporate Team Building Workshops

Through hands-on improv exercises, we’ll tap into tools that help us listen better, support each other’s ideas, challenge the usual way of doing things, and get more comfortable with the unknown.

We’ll lean into the spirit of “yes, and”—not just as a phrase, but as a mindset that can strengthen how we connect and collaborate across teams and organizations.

Along the way, we’ll reflect on what it takes to create lasting shifts in how we show up and work together.

Corporate Speaking and Presentation Workshops

Improv helps you stay present and grounded when things don’t go exactly as planned—which they rarely do. It builds confidence when thinking on your feet, reading the room, and responding with authenticity.

Whether you’re leading a meeting or giving a big presentation, improv gives you the tools to stay flexible, connected, and human in the moment.
